sample for the CD-ROM, Worldwide Folktales. Not all
links are free but those that are reveal an ambitious e-book
effort focusing on folklore with the occasional creation myth
thrown in.

This remarkable site features
both audio voiceovers and animation in an interactive introduction
to creation myth. Users select a region from a map of the
world and follow through links on creation, culture and pantheon.
Because this site also has a CD-ROM behind it, not all links
are available in the free online environment.
